At Kingdom Gainz, we strive to be fair and transparent with our clients. However, because many of our services involve personalized plans and time commitments, our refund and cancellation policy is as follows.

 

Payments for training services are non-refundable once sessions have begun. If you purchase a package of sessions and are unable to attend a scheduled appointment, you may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited. Prepaid sessions cannot be refunded once the program has started.

 

Digital products, including workout guides, journals, and challenges, are non-refundable once delivered, as they are considered final sale. Add-on services such as customized meal plans, supplement guides, and accountability check-ins are also non-refundable due to the personalized nature of these offerings.

 

Free consultations are provided as an introduction to our services and are not subject to refunds or compensation. We reserve the right to make exceptions in extraordinary circumstances at our discretion, but these will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
